An A4 photocopy picture hand signed by Max Latimer.
In “Diamonds Are Forever”, he portrayed the role of Blofeld No. 2 during the scenes when James Bond infiltrates Willard Whyte’s penthouse.
Specifically, he can be seen when the camera is behind Charles Gray sitting at his desk, and Latimer (wearing the beige costume) comes down the stairs towards 007. He only appears in this long distance shots.
PLEASE NOTE: For MANY years, Max Latimer was incorrectly thought to be the mud bath double. This is in fact stuntman Bill Morgan. Unfortunately only photos of this scene are known to exist as his exact film role was not clarified until after he passed away.
This shot was signed for the Oxenrider collection in April of 2003.
Also, collectors should be aware of a large number of forgeries sold by a well known German counterfeiter on Ebay.
